Scholar Wang hates everything. He hates his wife, his life and anything else you dare to mention, but when he drunkenly takes on a dare his past literally comes back to haunt him.
It doesn’t matter if you believe in the supernatural, it just matters if it believes in you – a Grimm tale of greed, lust and vengeance based on the rather blood thirsty stories from the 18th Century book by Pu Song Ling.
'The Fox, The Slipper, and The Severed Head' is a brand new adaptation of Chinese supernatural stories from Strange Tales from a Chinese Studios. Debuting at Brighton Fringe and Tunbridge Wells Fringe 2025 at The Rotunda Theatre.
